  • Digital HR Products (Excel & Google Sheets Templates, HR Forms, HR Dashboards)
  • HR Services (Consulting, Training, Audits, Employee Onboarding Support)

No Refund Policy

All purchases of products and services through Project1913 Services are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Digital downloads (HR templates, Excel/Google Sheets documents, employee forms, dashboards)
  • Pre-made business and HR products
  • Consulting and coaching services
  • Training programs, workshops, or onboarding support

By completing a purchase, you agree and acknowledge that Project1913 Services does not provide refunds for any purchased products or services, regardless of circumstances.


Why Refunds Are Not Provided

  1. Instant Access to Digital Products: Most of our products, such as HR templates, employee handbooks, and onboarding forms, are available for immediate download upon purchase. Once delivered, these digital products cannot be returned or revoked.
  2. Unique & Customizable Templates: Our products and services are designed to be fully editable, professional, and customizable for your business. The nature of digital templates and HR services means they cannot be resold or returned.
  3. Services Rendered Immediately: For consulting, training, or HR service packages, work begins upon purchase or scheduled sessions. Refunds cannot be issued for services already delivered or time allocated.

Cancellations & No-Shows (Services Only)

  • Consulting & Coaching Services:
    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
    • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered a forfeit of the session fee.
    • No-shows will not receive a refund.
  • Training & Onboarding Services:
    • Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
    • Sessions missed or not attended without prior notice will be considered fully earned by Project1913 Services.

Chargebacks

As we clearly communicate our no refund policy, any attempt to initiate a chargeback for purchased products or services may be reported to credit bureaus or payment processors. Project1913 Services reserves the right to provide all purchase details, including your contact information, purchase date, and payment details, to resolve disputes or report fraudulent activity.
